We are currently recruiting for the position of Fulfillment Manager for our Greensboro, GA location.
THE ROLE
The Fulfillment Associate’s responsibility consists of scanning totes or boxes and using a voice picking headset to pick correct items off the shelves and place them in the correct box or tote. Responsibilities also include using our pack out software to package/scan all the items on the order to ensure it is accurate and to pack the orders into the appropriate shipping packaging to then pass the package to shipping to continue the shipping process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Fulfill orders using a RF scanner and voice picking headset to pick correct items and place them in the correct box/tote Use a computer, scanner, and printer equipped with our pack out software to pack orders in appropriate packaging Confirm accuracy of orders by scanning items before packaging Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Warehouse experience (preferred) Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions Basic computer knowledge Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Able to stand, sit, kneel, bend for extended amount of time Work at a quick pace Must have ability to lift or move at least 40lbs Must be able to work independently and as a team Self-directed and self-motivated Comply with company attendance policies Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations Be at least 18 years old
