Assembler/Packer BrightPath Associates LLC Flowery Branch, GA 30542 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler/Packer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and packing products efficiently while ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment within a manufacturing facility, utilizing various tools and equipment to complete tasks effectively. Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to specifications on the assembly line. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklifts as needed for assembly and packing processes. Fabricate parts as required, ensuring adherence to quality control standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or factory setting. Conduct regular inspections of assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency on the production line. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials. Requirements Previous experience in an assembly line or manufacturing facility is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively. Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed throughout the shift.
