The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging products in compliance with industry standards, ensuring that all items are assembled and prepared for shipment efficiently and accurately. This role requires adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations, as well as a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Duties Operate packaging machinery and equipment, including forklifts, to transport materials and finished products within the warehouse. Assemble and fabricate packaging materials as needed, ensuring quality control throughout the process. Utilize hand tools effectively to secure packages and prepare them for distribution. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and report any mechanical problems to the supervisor. Follow all relevant FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines to ensure compliance in all packaging operations. Experience Previous experience in a packaging or warehouse environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with CGMP and FDA regulations is a plus. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience operating forklifts or similar machinery is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
