Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Creeler for a local manufacturing company. The Creeler is responsible for setting up and maintaining creels by loading yarn packages, ensuring proper threading, and monitoring the flow of yarn to the tufting machines. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow production schedules to ensure efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload yarn packages onto creels. Thread yarn through guides and tie ends to maintain continuous operation. Monitor and replace empty yarn packages promptly. Inspect yarn for quality issues and report any defects. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy yarn packages (up to [insert weight]). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Previous experience in a manufacturing or carpet mill environment is a plus. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
