Shift Available and Hours:
First Shift 5AM – 1
PM Job Responsibilities:
Operate various equipment such as mills, punch presses, deburring wheels, benders, saws, specialty machines, turning centers, milling centers, and hand tools. Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper guards are in place and notify the supervisor or lead of any safety concerns.
Perform basic equipment set up.
Read and interpret measurements using various gauging equipment, including digital calipers, micrometers, protractors, and custom gauges.
Visually inspect workpieces before and after machining for defects.
Accurately and promptly maintain all job assignment records, both on paper and in the computer.
Perform quality control checks during operations.
Properly dispose of all scrap and waste materials.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Understanding of safety, quality, and production processes.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
