The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are properly packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety while working collaboratively within an assembly line environment. Responsibilities Pack finished products into boxes or containers according to specified guidelines. Inspect products for quality assurance before packing. Use hand tools and power tools as needed to assemble packaging materials. Operate forklifts to move materials and finished goods within the warehouse. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a food production facility or warehouse setting is preferred. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. Familiarity with assembly line processes and practices. Ability to lift and move heavy items safely, as required by the job duties. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
