Job Description
Warehouse Picker/Packer 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Sterling, MA 01564 Our client is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Molding Packer to join their team in Sterling, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, packaging, and labeling molded products while ensuring quality control standards are met throughout the production process. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Day-to-Day:
Conduct hourly inspections of molded products for defects such as short shots, flash, grease, color variation, voids, and flow lines. Visually inspect and package products as they are produced, ensuring proper labeling. Maintain accountability for label usage and record all scrap and in-process inspections. Keep the assigned work area clean and organized according to housekeeping standards. Transport finished goods to designated storage or staging areas. Scan serial labels of boxed products into the ERP system using Pallet Builder. Print and apply pallet labels once packaging is complete.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Pay Rate:
$16.00 /hr

7:00 AM to 7:00 PM 12 hour rotating shift
