Shift Schedule:
Monday•Thursday, 6:00 AM•4:30 PM (Overtime Available)
Pay:
$18.50/hr Packaging Technician•2nd
Shift Schedule:
Monday•Thursday, 2:00 PM•12:30 AM (Overtime Available)
Pay:
$19.50/hr (Includes Shift Premium)
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately weigh, seal, label, and prepare cannabis products for final packaging and distribution. Conduct quality control inspections to prevent contamination or product damage. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area to comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older (state cannabis regulation requirement) High School Diploma or GED equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Franklin, NJ facility Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or manufacturing is a plus but not required Why Work With Us?
