Job Description

Document Scanner MilliporeSigma St. Louis, MO 63103 Document Scanner Part time work (2 days a week)

Hours:

7am-3:30pm

CST Pay:

$22.00 an hour High School Diploma required (SAP experience preferred) Computer skills Interpersonal skills Purpose To use a scanner to scan physical documents currently stored in the Archives into the SAP system for long term electronic storage. Job Functions Experience with scanners and SAPNext is ideal. Role will execute in the Packaging cubicle space on 2nd shift where there will be 2 Team Leads and 2 Supervisors. Follow all quality and safety procedures. Support quality systems

  • Follow safety procedures at all times
  • Follow Good Documentation Practices
  • Be familiar with hazards common to assigned work and take action to correct unsafe situations
  • Participate in required safety activities such as training sessions, meetings, and documentation
  • Comply with the requirements of ISO 13485 and
ISO 9001
  • Maintain good housekeeping and audit readiness Follow Merck Code of Conduct and work well with team members on the floor to meet departmental goals. Requires High School diploma or GED equivalent. SAP experience preferred Minimum of 3 months experience in ISO/GMP regulated environment is desirable. Basic math-including metrics and conversions
  • Basic computer skills
