VIBE Cannabis currently operates cannabis cultivation and manufacturing licenses in Missouri and won startup of the year in 2022! Position Summary/Objective We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order FulfillmentMETRC Specialist to join our growing cannabis operations team. This hybrid role is split between preparing and manifesting delivery orders using METRC, performing digital packaging tasks within METRC, and assisting the METRC team with testing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a working knowledge of cannabis compliance systems (especially METRC).

Key Responsibilities:

Order FulfillmentMETRC Manifesting Accurately package tag ordered, picked, tags from their parent tag to their child tag. Accurately generate and complete METRC manifests for outbound deliveries. Ensure all ordered cannabis products are properly tracked and labeled according to state regulations during Tote Checks. Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and compliant transfers. Perform quality control (QC) checks on all delivery orders to verify strain, weight, source batch, and labeling accuracy during manifest QC’s. Communicate with Vault and compliance teams to resolve order discrepancies. Complete Monthly Scale calibration check Accurately enter Daily Packaging Logs into spreadsheets Other duties as assigned by Supervisor Qualifications (Knowledge, skills, and abilities that help you do your job!) Prior Cannabis Industry fulfillment or METRC experience required. Strong understanding of cannabis compliance and track-and-trace systems (METRC certification a plus). Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Able to work in loud areas. Able to lift 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time. Capable of working in dark or bright environments. Able to work in low oxygen areas. Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals. Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areas. At least 21 years of age Willing to participate in an extensive background check. Driver’s license and reliable transportation Computer Literature (Work, Excel, PowerPoint). What Will Make You Special (Things you do not need but will help you stand out!) METRC experience. Leaflink experience. Apex Trading Experience. Bachelor’s / Associates Degree in related fields. Knowledge of the cannabis plant. Experience working with plants or other commodity crops. Excellent communication and time management abilities.
