Job Summary:

Pull and return raw yarn for Yarn Mfg. Put up finished yarn Tools and Equipment used: RF Gun, computer, P.I.T.

Essential Functions:

Perform the following duties in accordance with

ISO-9001

work instructions and standards. Meet deadlines and production quotas. Locate and pull raw yarn as required for Yarn Mfg. Weigh and put away finished yarn as needed. Move and organize bins in Mfg. area to maintain proper work flow. Locate and put away unused raw yarn as orders are completed. Locate and put away yarn from Extrusion. Make transactions as needed to ensure inventory is correct Pull yarn for outside processed yarns. Perform other duties as assigned. (Bail yarn, remove waste, create bins) Maintain personal attendance practices to meet established company goals. Maintain personal work habits, which meet the demands and stresses of the job.

Safety:

Report all job related injuries to the supervisor as soon as possible. Report any safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. Actively participate in safety programs, which identify, investigate, and correct safety hazards. Perform all duties in a safe manner following guidelines established by the company. Hearing protection in high noise areas, safety belt when using cherry picker, seat belt or fork lift, others as needed to do an assignment safely. Follow the 5 S Standards.
