Full-Time, Temp to Hire We have an opening for a 2nd Shift Pack Utility in the Newton area! If you’re a reliable worker with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you. This role requires flexibility with overtime and weekend availability.

Job Description:

As a Pack Utility, your primary responsibility will be to manually transfer bags of flour from the conveyor to pallets and prepare them for shipment. You’ll be working with a dedicated team, ensuring that products are properly packed and ready to be shipped out.

Key Responsibilities:

Manually receive and stack bagged products in a designated pattern onto pallets. Replenish packing supplies as needed. Ensure product bags are sealed correctly before stacking on pallets. Periodically check the code date on product bags to verify the coder is functioning. Accurately fill out daily packing reports. Report any issues to the supervisor promptly. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift 75-100 pounds independently. Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
