PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pack furniture for shipment Keep a clean and safe working environment. Shrink wrap, build trays, carton furniture. Pull all required materials in each package. Scan tickets for accurate shipment tracking All other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES

Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus. Furniture manufacturing knowledge is a plus. AS400 and basic computer skills

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Good communication skills Ability to work full time. Able to work with other associates on a team production incentive. Able to work in a fast-paced team environment. EFFORT Product may weigh up to 300 pounds. Moving and lifting of these products will involve assistance from other associates and/or lifting equipment. Lifting product from floor to buggy and buggy to tray Lifting up to 50 lbs. Able to use equipment such as electric pallet jack, hand trucks/dollies & heat gun for shrink wrapping.
