POSITION

Transporter HOURS:

2:00 PM – Until End of Production, Monday through Friday, with availability to work weekends and overtime.

COMPENSATION

$20.00 Hourly

JOB SUMMARY

Delivers supplies to production areas, palletizes product, and delivers finished product to freezers.

JOB DUTIES

Supply necessary materials to production areas, supporting daily production operations. Operating powered industrial vehicle to assist in staging and delivery of materials and products. Palletize product, including assisting in box making and operating the pallet wrapper. Accurately complete paperwork, entering pallet tickets and other data into the computer as required. Perform other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying temperatures from warm to very cold; noise; humidity; moving vehicles; slippery floors; possible heavy and repeated lifting. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must complete required safety training (Powered Industrial Trucks). Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift and twist up to 8 hours per day. Previous food processing/manufacturing experience a plus. Computer experience in a windows environment a plus.
