Local Manufacturing Company in Mocksville NC looking forAssembly Workers. The position will include working as part of ateam in a manufacturing environment having responsibility forassembling an entire product or components of a product.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Must bea team player and detail oriented. Knowledge of productionprocesses, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing theeffective manufacture of goods. Tolerance for the physical demandsof working in a warehouse (ability to stand, lift, bend and kneelfor extended periods of time in an environment that is not climatecontrolled). Willingness and ability to learn new work roles in atimely manner. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Major JobDuties and Responsibilities will include Rotating through all thetasks required in a particular production process. Ability andwillingness to quickly learn work assignments and procedures.
Prepare product for assembly. Build and test product and identifynon-conforming issues. Maintain a safe work environment and goodhousekeeping by following established safety procedures. Maintainrequired quality and production levels. Refer issues and problemsto the lead or manager for the area as necessary.
