Order Packer 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 230 Meek Road, Gastonia, NC 28056 We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Packer to join our warehouse team. The Order Packer is responsible for accurately packaging customer orders for shipment, ensuring that items are correctly selected, packed securely, and labeled appropriately to maintain product integrity and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack customer orders based on order sheets or digital systems. Ensure items are packed safely and securely to prevent damage during transit. Label packages accurately with shipping and handling information. Inspect items for damage or defects before packing. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area. Operate packaging equipment such as tape guns, screw guns, box cutters, and label printers. Meet productivity and quality standards as defined by warehouse management. Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping systems preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift to 50lbs and stand for extended periods. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math and reading skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

Warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Full-time position:

overtime may be required periodically and during peak periods.
