• Job Description
• As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are packaged with precision and care. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of our products, ensuring packaging materials are available, and packaging products according to specifications.
• Responsibilities
• + Ensure proper packaging material is available to match production schedule.

+ Inspect products for quality defects such as unwrapped products, loose wrappers, foreign objects, defective packaging, and proper labeling/lot numbers. + Package products in cartons/cases according to specifications. + Communicate packaging and product quality problems to line leader and/or supervisor. + Stack fully packed/sealed cases on pallets according to product specification layout. + Wrap full pallets of products with stretch wrap and identify with proper production ticket. + Coordinate the movement of full pallets with material handlers. + Ensure work area is clean and orderly at all times. + Count and weigh scrap, and report to line leader/supervisor.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience in packing, palletizing, kitting, material handling, cleaning, general labor, and use of pallet jacks, forklifts, picking, and boxing. + Attention to detail + Initiative and sense of urgency + Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively, up to 50 lbs. + Team worker + High School Diploma or GED
