Packer – 2nd Shift
- Job Description
- Join our dynamic team as a Packer in the Crating Department, where you’ll play a vital role in assembling crates and stacking pallets used to hold energy products.
You will also manage excess materials, distribute tools, and products as needed while operating forklifts and cranes. Certification on equipment will be provided, and the only experience required before starting is the ability to drive at least one type of lift.
- Responsibilities
- + Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring tapes effectively. + Confirm inventory count and accuracy. + Complete required paperwork with diligence. + Perform routine and minor maintenance on equipment. + Maintain a clean and orderly work environment. + Assist with crate building and material packaging as needed. + Perform related duties as directed by the Crating Manager.

- Work Environment
- Work in a non-climate controlled facility within a distribution center supporting energy solutions. The environment requires the ability to stand for the duration of your shift, with conditions on the receiving dock being cold in winter and hot in summer.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
