Responsibilities Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pack, wrap, label, ship); correctly prepare freight pallets and ground shipments. Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store). Unload containers using forklift and/or pallet jack. Ship using UPS Worldship, FedEx and common freight carriers. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Skills Proven working experience in warehouse and fulfillment Familiarity and knowledge with freight – building pallets, scheduling shipments Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Familiarity with or ability to learn Fishbowl inventory software and UPS Worldship platform. Good organizational and time management skills; work with speed and urgency Detail oriented and quality obsessed Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack
