Job Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Sorts, packages, and binds acceptable product.
Able to use tools such as calipers and tape measures to properly measure the product.
Able to use banding tools and band cutters to repackage the product.
Understands schedules and daily reporting forms.
Able to learn the different defects of the products, good eyesight
Able to stand for long periods
Able to work 8 hour shifts in varying temperatures inside and outside.
Able to operate some machinery such as saws
Maintain a clean and safe work area, sweeping and dusting
Able to work overtime if needed and weekends
Able to wear eye protection, ear protection and protective shoe wear
Forklift operation
Must be able to use computer and RF gun
Other duties may be assigned
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read and write
Experience using computers and Excel
Industrial manufacturing experience preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Willing to be trained to drive a forklift
Wears proper PPE when and where required.
Must have basic math skills
Reasonable interpersonal skills
Able to work as a team member with a diverse workforce
Must be able to see different shades of color and patterns

Hiring Pay Range:
$35,380 USD – $41,184 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
