Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker and Packer to join our warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse activities. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

Pick and pack products based on order details, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.

Inventory Maintenance:

Perform regular inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels in the system.

Warehouse Organization:

Keep workstations clean and organized, and assist with restocking shelves as needed.

Labeling & Shipping:

Print shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment according to company guidelines.

System Updates:

Use basic computer skills to update inventory records and order status in the warehouse management system.

Quality Control:

Check products for damage or defects before packing and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications and Experience:

Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not required. Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, using a barcode scanner, navigating inventory software). Ability to lift and move boxes/packages (up to 50 lbs) as needed. Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
