Warehouse Picker & Dispatcher M6 Logistics Inc. 1816 Underwood Boulevard, Delran, NJ 08075

• I. OPEN POSITIONS

• 1. Warehouse Picker (Multiple Openings)

• Responsibilities:

• Perform order picking, packing, scanning, and labeling for shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation.
• Handle returns inspection and FBA relabeling.
• Safely move products (up to 50 lbs) using carts/pallets.

• Requirements:

• Must have legal right to work in US (SSN required).
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Forklift/Clamp Truck certification is a
• plus
• (Training provided).
• Detail-oriented with high efficiency.
• 2. Dispatcher (2 Openings)

• Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and optimize inventory flow.
• Track logistics data and resolve transportation exceptions.
• Liaise with carriers and drivers to ensure on-time delivery.

• Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese or English (and for emails/calls).
• 1+ years in warehouse dispatch or logistics coordination.
• Proficient in WMS/Excel; familiar with EDI is preferred.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.

• II. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Pay:

• $18•22/hour•(DOE) + •Performance Bonus•+ •Perfect Attendance Bonus•

• NJ Warehouse:

• Weekend shifts during peak seasons (1.5x hourly rate)
