Role:

We are currently hiring Inspector/Packers (IP) for a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. As an IP, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards through inspection, packaging, and basic machine operation . You will report directly to the Shift Supervisor and work according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and

ISO 9001

2015 standards . Ideal candidates will have manufacturing experience , a solid work ethic, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive on a rotating schedule .

Key Responsibilities:

Operate molding machines efficiently to meet production and quality standards. Perform visual inspections and quality testing on molded parts. Package finished products into bags, totes, or boxes as per work instructions. Palletize products and label them according to production requirements. Trim and clip excess plastic from molded parts as needed. Collect and record production data accurately and report any equipment issues. Assist maintenance staff when machines are malfunctioning. Provide shift breaks to team members as directed by the Supervisor or Shift Lead. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment ; injection or blow molding experience is a plus. Demonstrated reliability and strong attendance history. Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Excellent communication skills•verbal and written (English). Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Basic to intermediate computer skills (data entry, email, etc.). Must show sound judgment and potential for growth within the organization.

Rotating Schedule Explanation:

This position follows a 24/7 rotating shift schedule , meaning you will work 12-hour shifts with alternating workdays and days off . The schedule is designed to balance time off during the week and weekend. You will be required to work every other weekend —this means if you work Saturday and Sunday one week, you will have the following weekend off.

Requirements:

Must be legally authorized to work in the USA . Must be able to pass a 7-year background check . Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.

Job Types:
