Picker/Packer NY Fragrance Supply INC 150 Tornillo Way, Tinton Falls, NJ 07712 Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and accurately for shipment. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities Package products according to specifications and quality standards. Inspect items for defects and ensure they meet company requirements before packaging. Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Label packages accurately, ensuring all necessary information is included. Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the packing process. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly. Requirements Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus but not required. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Basic understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
