Packer/QC Position Available In Dutchess, New York

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable

• Packer/Quality Control Associate
• to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring all quality standards are met. This dual-role position is key to maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Packing Duties:

• + Accurately pack products according to company specifications and customer requirements + Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment + Ensure cleanliness and organization of packing station + Handle materials and finished goods safely and efficiently + Maintain production logs and records as needed

• Quality Control Duties:

• + Perform visual inspections of products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies + Measure and test products to ensure they meet established specifications + Report non-conforming products and assist in root cause investigations + Document QC findings and maintain accurate inspection records + Collaborate with supervisors to maintain compliance with quality standards

• Qualifications:

• + High school diploma or GED preferred + Previous experience in packing and/or quality control is a plus + Polishing and Buffing + Strong attention to detail and ability to spot product defects + Good manual dexterity and physical stamina + Basic math and record-keeping skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Willingness to adhere to safety and quality protocols

• Pay Details:

• $19.
