Shipping and packaging order Position Available In Ulster, New York

Adecco is partnering with a client in Highland NY and is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Packing Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately preparing and packaging customer orders, labeling shipments, and ensuring that all outgoing products meet company quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining efficiency and accuracy in their work.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on packing slips and invoices + Ensure all items are correctly labeled and meet shipping requirements + Use shipping software to generate labels and track outgoing packages + Inspect products for damage or defects before packing + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace + Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow + Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed + Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times •

Qualifications:

• + High school diploma or equivalent preferred + Prior warehouse, shipping, or packing experience a plus (but not required) + Ability to lift and carry packages up to [insert weight, e.

g., 50 lbs] + Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) + Strong attention to detail and time management skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Willingness to learn and take direction

• Working Conditions:

• + Frequent standing, lifting, and bending + Warehouse environment with variable temperatures + May involve use of pallet jacks or hand trucks

• Pay Details:

• $17.
