• Your role is essential — you’ll be the final checkpoint making sure our side seal bags meet top-notch standards before they head to customers.

Here’s a taste of your day-to-day: + Pack finished bags into cartons with speed and care + Perform simple quality checks (you’re the last line of defense!) + Tweak and fine-tune basic equipment settings to keep things running smoothly + Help prep rolls for the next product run + Communicate with your team and keep things flowing from shift to shift + Keep detailed records of production, downtime, and reclaim + Pitch in to keep your area clean, safe, and organized + Be ready to lend a hand to teammates or even help train someone new + And most of all — keep learning, improving, and growing
