$18–$22/hr (Based on Experience)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00

Temp-to-Hire (Direct Hire Potential based on experience) We are looking for a detail-oriented and team-driven Shipping & Packing Associate to join our growing team in Macedon, NY! If you have experience in parcel shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) or have worked in a warehouse setting, we want you to apply today. What You’ll Do:
Accurately pick, pack, and prep customer orders for shipment. Perform quality checks on products before packing to ensure accuracy. Create and label shipping packages using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Prepare orders for outbound shipment and palletize as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse. Assist in inventory tracking and ensuring shipment schedules are met.
What We’re Looking For:
Parcel shipping experience (UPS, FedEx, USPS required). Prior work in a shipping, packing, or warehouse role preferred. Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. International shipping experience is a plus (we’ll train you if needed). Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
