Schedule:

3:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Sunday-Thursday) As an Order Selector, you will use a rider pallet jack, phone/tablet and Bluetooth scanner to pick cases/kegs of beer and strategically build pallets based on the customer’s orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The primary responsibilities include:

Count and verify orders while picking. UPC code on all products is scanned to ensure accuracy Ability to lift/carry/push/pull cases weighing 25-50 lbs. repetitively for up to 8 hours or longer when needed. Kegs can weigh up to 175 lbs. Properly wrap completed pallets with stretch wrap to ensure they are loaded onto delivery trucks. Tag all orders with proper documentation for customer delivery Maintain a clean working area for yourself and other order selectors, this includes all assigned equipment Following all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus, but not required Ability to lift and move heavy cases and kegs (up to 165 lbs with assistance) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and basic math skills Able to work independently and within a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technology INCO Beverage – Where Great People Deliver Great Products.
