Coffee Packaging HappyMugCoffee Erie, PA 16501 We need a part-time coffee packager. Weekend availability appreciated and can be flexible on scheduling you hours 20-35 generally available. There’s little to no direct contact with customers which keeps the environment relaxed. We understand that you likely have other obligations but we very much appreciate your help when you are here and will do our best to work with your schedule. Every day we roast and package about 1200 pounds of coffee, to fill 200-300 orders that are shipped out with various carriers. We need additional help packaging and filling those orders. As we pack, we do a lot of tasting, have a lot of fun, and strategize about how to keep growing. We have enjoyed 14 straight years of record revenue and record profits, and our quarterly profit sharing plan adds considerable value on top of the hourly wage. Any skills you can bring into the team may be utilized! There are only 13 of us, so we all bring skills and knowledge that help out the business as different situations arise. We welcome diversity. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Warm conditions in summer. Medium noise levels and fast paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds properly. Prolonged standing at work stations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

A passion for coffee. Strong math skills. Must be flexible and willing to try new things in an often changing and fast paced environment. Must be able to pay attention to detail so orders are filled correctly and meet daily shipping deadlines. Must be a team member willing to work with others. Must have reliable transportation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Employees are based in a semi-warehouse / light manufacturing environment.
