Finishing Associate – 2nd Shift Buck Company LLC 897 Lancaster Pike, Quarryville, PA 17566 Buck Company, located in Quarryville, PA is looking for a Finishing Associate to join our team on 2nd shift. As an extremely important member of our team, you will use various industrial grinding devices to grind off any excess metal, such as parting lines or rough edges, that are present on our castings from the production process. You may also operate gate-breakers and hammers and sort castings by type. Cross-training is essential. Knowledge of casting defects is preferred but we will train the right individual. Responsibilities:
Operate various types of industrial grinding equipment to grind off excess metal that are present on castings May also operate gate-breakers and hammers Sort castings by type Cross-train on other tasks Perform Quality checks on finished parts Maintain Compliance with all company policies and procedures Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Competencies:
HS Diploma or equivalent required Must be able to efficiently work within a team-based environment.
