Order Picker Position Available In Luzerne, Pennsylvania

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team in a fast-paced frozen food warehouse environment. The primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and stage frozen food items for outbound shipments while working in sub-zero temperatures. Ideal candidates must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and assemble orders for shipment using handheld scanners or voice picking systems Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required Verify product codes, quantities, and quality according to pick lists Ensure accurate labeling and staging of outbound orders Maintain cleanliness and organization in freezer areas Adhere to all safety guidelines and freezer gear protocols (PPE provided) Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors Work in freezer temperatures (typically

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or freezer work experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods Willingness to work in extreme cold and wear appropriate protective gear Basic math and reading skills Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Must be dependable and punctual
