Packaging, Production & Picking Associate Position Available In Luzerne, Pennsylvania

• Adecco is hiring for Nestle in Hazleton!
• This is a seasonal position that is expected to last through October, possibly longer.
• $16.25 per hour, weekly pay

• Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
• 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm
• Steel toed footwear and excellent attendance is required for this role!
• On your first day of work you must be able to attend orientation from 9am-3pm.

• Job Summary:

• We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Packaging, Production, and Picking team.

This position is responsible for supporting daily operations in the packaging and production area, as well as accurately picking and bundling products for shipment. Ideal candidates will have prior warehouse or manufacturing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with physical demands.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging & Production:

• + Assist with the preparation, assembly, and packaging of products on the production line. + Operate equipment as trained and follow safety protocols. + Ensure all items are packaged according to company standards for quality and efficiency. + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Picking & Bundling:

• + Accurately pick products from inventory shelves or bins based on order requirements. + Bundle and organize picked items onto carts for further processing or shipment. + Verify product counts and labels for accuracy before moving to next stage. + Utilize manual pallet jacks to move loaded pallets up to 1200 lbs.

• Requirements:

• + Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.

+ Ability to write simple correspondence and apply basic math skills. + Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in basic English. + Willingness and ability to work overtime as required by business needs. + Ability to work in an environment where exposure to powders, chemicals, and common allergens (e.g., peanuts, dairy, gluten) may occur.

• Physical Demands:

• + Standing for extended periods of time. + Frequent reaching, walking, kneeling, talking, and hearing. + Regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 70 lbs with assistance. + Ability to maneuver a pallet jack with loads up to 1200 lbs.

• Pay Details:

• $16.
