Job Details:

• QC and Picking customer orders by utilizing pick tickets or electronic systems to identify and locate items in the warehouse
• Perform the physical activities necessary to pick and sort picked inventory and staging picker carts in the appropriate areas
• Ensure that all items picked match the customer’s order minimizing errors and discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallets jacks safely and efficiently
• Utilize scanners in the packing process
• Becoming efficient to maintain a UPH for 30 or Higher
• Perform tasks to ensure safety, organization and cleanliness of picking zones and warehouse
• Verify accuracy by confirming that the correct items and quantities are be picked
• Collaborate with team members, Leads and Management to contribute to department-wide production & quality goals Picking, Carrying, and Palletizing
• Ability to work M-F 7:30am – 4pm 40-hour work week and OT available depending on department needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a wide range of climates
• Ability to read and write the English language Bilingual is a plus Ability to work effectively with other teams and independently Organizational skills and detailed-oriented with a quality mindset Customer-focused mindset
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 2-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, licenses and registrations required: o Driver’s License o Computer skills preferred: (1 year computer skills required) o Database Software; o Internet Software; o Spreadsheet Software (Excel); o Inventory Software; o Order Processing Systems; o Word Processing Software (Word); o Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Other skills preferred: o
