We are looking for candidates who would be temporarily available for up to 2 months . Associate is responsible for packing and material handling of PVC Extrusion.
Schedule:
Dayshift :
M-T, 6AM-6PM. OFF FRIDAYS
Nightshift S, 11pm to 6am.
M-T, 6PM-6AM
Any hours worked over 40 will be paid time and a half. Key Responsibilities Packing PVC Extrusion into metal racks neatly on 2 lines Ensuring correct amount of product is packed Add stickers to bundles or racks Move full carts to the holding areas Removing jams at the saw or puller on the line Move material to the Extruder Ensure gaylords have enough raw material to feed the Extruder Maintain a safe and clean work environment Complete other various tasks assigned by the supervisor
Skills:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull for 12 hour shifts Ability to perform repetitious work Multi-tasking Problem solving Ability to work in a team environment
Safety:
Adheres to safety requirements when operating tools and equipment. Ensures safety functions on equipment are operating properly. Handles material in a safe and appropriate manner. Reports any defects or safety issues immediately.
Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing preferred, but not required Legal to work in the US Must be 18 years or older
