4pm-midnight Packout Associate | Full time | Benefits, Free meal plan and more! 2.8 2.8 out of 5 stars 881 Waterman Avenue, East Providence, RI 02914 Feast & Fettle is hiring Packout Associates to join our Culinary Operations Center in East Providence, RI This is a full-time role with benefits , in a high-volume, large-scale food manufacturing environment, with a consistent schedule and back-to-back days off. This position is for the 4:00pm-midnight, Thursday-Monday weekly schedule. What you’ll do As a Packout Associate, you’ll portion and package prepared menu items with accuracy, consistency, and speed. Using food scales and detailed pack guides, you’ll ensure each item is portioned correctly to reduce overages and minimize waste. This is the team where a dish truly becomes a Feast & Fettle menu item—transformed from a large-scale finished product into a Member’s complete, fully prepared meal, portioned specifically for them. You’ll work with a variety of packing styles—portions by weight, by each, and assembly packs—always keeping food safety, quality, and presentation top of mind. This is a repetitive, fast-paced role that requires focus, teamwork, and physical stamina. You’ll be on your feet for the full shift and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. What is Feast & Fettle?
