Job Summary:

We’re currently hiring motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our cultivation team as Cannabis Trimmers & Packagers. This hands-on position involves trimming harvested cannabis plants and preparing flower for packaging and distribution, all while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.

Responsibilities:

Hand-trim cannabis flower to meet quality and aesthetic standards Package cannabis products accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area Handle cannabis with care to preserve potency, appearance, and weight Follow strict health, safety, and compliance protocols

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older (State requirement) Must have valid ID and be eligible to work in the U.S. Experience trimming or packaging cannabis is strongly preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced , repetitive environment with excellent attention to detail Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time Reliable transportation and punctuality Must be comfortable working with cannabis in a regulated environment Must be able to pass any required background checks as per Rhode Island cannabis regulations Must be able to keep up with daily trimming expectations Must be able to work alone and with others while staying focused at job at hand

Schedule :

Flexible availability preferred Monday through Friday shifts with occasional weekend work based on demand

Job Types:

$17.50 – $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
