The Kitter will play a crucial role in preparing materials for assembly by accurately gathering, organizing, and packaging components according to specifications. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Gather and organize parts and materials as per assembly instructions. Ensure that all components are accurately counted and packaged. Maintain an organized workspace to facilitate efficient workflow. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines. Conduct quality checks on gathered materials to ensure compliance with standards. Assist in inventory management by reporting low stock levels or discrepancies. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a kitting, assembly, or warehouse environment is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking may be required. Physical ability to lift and move items as needed, adhering to safety guidelines.
