What We Offer:
$13.00 per hour, plus incentive pay opportunities
• 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
5 paid holidays after completing 560 hours
Overtime as required

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma preferred, but not required
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Team-oriented mindset with reliable work ethic
What You’ll Do as a
Packer:
Pack products into cases, ensuring accurate counts and quality standards
Conduct visual inspections for defects and remove defective items
Operate and load the automatic bagger and case-sealing machines
Seal and stack completed cases for shipment
Complete all required production and quality paperwork
Perform pre-operational checks of packaging equipment
Prepare for shift changes by cleaning work areas, restocking supplies, and resetting equipment

What You’ll Do As A Packer:
Ensure that the correct product count is packed in the case
Constantly perform visual quality inspections for defects
Keep the workstation clear by throwing away defective product and repackaging good product
Seal and stack the filled cases and ensure correct quantity is stacked using the automatic case-sealing machine
Complete necessary production and quality paperwork as required Load and operate automatic bagger
Perform pre-operational check of automatic case sealing machine and bagger
Prepare for next shift by ensuring sufficient supplies are present, area and trash containers are clean, Marsh printer is reset and rework is complete
