We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Operations Specialist to join our team at Allegiance Flag Supply. As a Fulfillment Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality American flags in a timely and accurate manner. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly contribute to our company’s reputation for excellence. Pay $15 per hour Free snacks and drinks provided for you! Paid holidays and PTO Temperature controlled warehouse Schedule Monday-Friday 6:30am – 3:00pm. No weekends!

Who you are:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Order Processing:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping based on customer requests and company standards.

• Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough quality checks on all products to ensure they meet our company’s standards for craftsmanship and appearance.

• Packaging:

• Utilize appropriate packaging materials to safeguard products during transit, minimizing the risk of damage.
• Attention to

Detail:

• Verify that orders are correctly assembled, including accurate item selection, quantities, and packaging details.

• Organization:

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow and safe working conditions.

• Communication:

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address any order-related issues, discrepancies, or special requests.

• Efficiency:

• Strive to meet or exceed daily order fulfillment targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Process Improvement:

Preferred Qualifications:
