Production Lead Packer 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 202 Hyatt St, Gaffney, SC 29341 Job Summary Responsible that all orders are packed in a timely and consistent manner. Verifying that all boxes are sealed and marked appropriately at the end of the line. Also responsible for training all new packers to follow the packing processes.

Fundamental Responsibilities:

Prepares their packing area for daily production Train/maintain training of team members in the process Assist in quality investigations Report issues/problems to immediate Supervisor Perform consumable inventories as needed Ensure all paperwork is being completed properly Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Possess effective communication skills Ability to work efficiently with others Ability to perform with minimum supervision Working knowledge of basic math Working knowledge of Production Logs and ability to prioritize workflow Excellent organizational/problem solving skills; ability to handle multiple task and priorities

Working Conditions:

Must be able to lift/handle various sized boxes that weigh 35 pounds or more Must be able to consistently stand, walk, stoop, climb, bend, lift material or equipment that may be heavy Must be able to work overtime/weekends; proactively ensure coverage for respective area Must be able to work and meet deadlines
