Order Picker/Material Handler

Job Summary:

We are seeking ananized and reliable Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will provide general warehouse support, including operating warehouse equipment, managing inventory, and overseeing the picking, packing, and shipping of all inbound and outbound shipments. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and efficiency within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Equipment Operation:

Safely operate various equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools, to efficiently manage inventory and support the shipping and receiving process.

Material Handling:

Assist with the movement of materials and items from the receiving area to designated bin locations within the warehouse.

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment via will call, delivery, or installation, ensuring orders arepleted accurately and in a timely manner.

Inventory Organization:

Allocate products to appropriate racks, shelves, or bins in the warehouse, following predetermined sequences to optimize space and workflow.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment preferred.
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory accuracy.
Excellentanizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strongmunication skills, both written and verbal.

MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE A CHERRY PICKER.

Must have forklift experience.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.

Pay Details:

$19.00 per hour
