Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packing & Shipping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring accurate packing, and assisting with loading items for delivery. This position requires a team player who is comfortable handling products up to 50 lbs, with support from hydraulic lifts or cranes when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pack products for shipment, ensuring that all items are securely packed and properly labeled.
Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments, using hydraulic floor lifts or cranes when required for heavier items.
Perform quality checks to ensure that all products are in good condition before shipping.
Maintain inventory of packing materials and notify management when supplies are running low.
Work closely with the shipping department to ensure timely dispatch of products.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
Assist with other warehouse duties as required, including basic warehouse maintenance and organization.

Qualifications:

0-3 years of packing, shipping, or warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance from equipment when necessary.
Basic knowledge of packing materials and shipping procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring accurate shipments.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with assistance available for heavier loads.
Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Ability to operate basic warehouse machinery, such as hydraulic lifts and cranes, after training.
