Pick and Pack Associate (1st Shift)
Pay:
$15.50/hr.
Location:
Crossville 1st
Shift:
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime available and mandatory Saturdays Are you looking for a dynamic and fast-paced work environment? Do you thrive in a team setting and have a keen eye for detail? Express Employment is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Pick and Pack Associates for our 1st shift. This is a temp-to-hire position offering competitive pay rates and excellent benefits upon permanent hire.
Responsibilities:
Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders. Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure all products meet quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Ability to lift and carry items weighing 15-20 lbs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
