The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the packaging process, ensuring that products are assembled and packaged according to industry standards. This position requires mechanical knowledge and familiarity with CGMP and FDA regulations, as well as proficiency in using hand tools and operating forklifts. Responsibilities Assemble products efficiently while adhering to quality standards. Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and compliance with regulations. Operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse safely. Utilize hand tools for assembly and packaging tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all CGMP guidelines and FDA regulations during the packaging process. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine inspections of packaged products to ensure quality control. Qualifications Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus. Ability to fabricate components as needed for assembly processes. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Forklift certification is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided.
