Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for handling and transporting materials, maintaining inventory levels at production lines, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. This role is expected to follow all safety protocols and company policies while supporting operational efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming pads and plugs for quantity and quality. Report any product defects or concerns to the Team Leader. Unpack and sort items into appropriate storage bins. Deliver plugs and sound dampener pads to the production line. Maintain line-side inventory of plugs, grommets, and melt pads. Manage the hood block route between the fixture and sealer decks. Operate a Tugger safely and efficiently. Ensure cleanliness and organization of all work areas and storage locations. Adhere to all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. Support and follow all company policies and procedures in a professional manner. Work a minimum of 40 hours per week on-site, with flexibility to work additional hours as required. Maintain compliance with all required safety training and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and procedure manuals. Effective verbal communication skills for interaction with teams and leadership. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication. Ability to apply common sense and follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions. Strong attention to detail, safety focus, and a team-oriented mindset.
