Position Overview:

Tennessee Florist Supply, Inc. is currently seeking a Full time Employee to join our Knoxville Distribution Team. This is a full-time casual role responsible for order filling, flower processing and some delivery of fresh floral products to flower shops throughout E.TN.

Key Responsibilities:

Fill cut flower and floral supply orders for customers. Process / rotate cut flowers. Work efficiently in a warehouse and cooler environment (34°F) utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks, and flower cutters. Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships. Perform physical tasks, including loading, unloading, some driving, and handling products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations. Occasional delivery may be required in cargo van.

Schedule:

Full time, Monday through Friday (with rotational weekends required). Start time is 7AM with exception of Tuesday 6:30AM until completion.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel

Work Environment:

Warehouse and cooler environment (34°F). Utilization of equipment such as pallet jacks, flower cutters. Proficiency in operating a cargo van is required. Qualifications Basic flower knowledge. Detail oriented.
