Location:

Loudon, TN Available shifts: 7:00AM to 3:00PM

• Monday to Friday ($14.50) 3:00PM to 11:00PM
• Monday to Friday ($16.50) 11:00PM to 7:00AM
• Sunday to Thursday ($16.50)
• Steel toes required

Summary:

Follow all safety and health rules and regulations, and wear or use required protective equipment while working. Report hazardous conditions to the employer. Report any job-related injury or illness to the supervisor or manager and seek treatment promptly. Follow directions from Production Supervisor and Custom Crate Lead. Wear proper PPE properly and consistently when performing tasks. Consistently follow all rules for safe use and storage of power saws and drills. Work efficiently with other members of the team. Organize work and work area efficiently and safely. Consistently follow procedures for scanning vendor or customer labels Place parts in container either by hand, pallet jack or overhead crane as applicableApply protective coatings to items susceptible to corrosion. Implement special handling and packaging materials and/or techniques necessary to assure safety of personnel and parts. Immediately take all damaged tools and power tools out of service and notify the Supervisor.

Requirements:

Consistently at work and on time. Must be able to stand 8-10 hours a day constantly. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitor quality to ensure good quality. Able to meet all mandatory training for position. Demonstrate ability to meet productivity standards. Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. Why Work Here?
