Job Summary:
We are a trusted automotive parts supplier seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for entry-level roles as Package Packers and Handlers . Team members will support production by assembling, handling, and packaging various automotive components. Some parts require precise assembly of small components prior to packaging, which calls for strong attention to detail and fine motor skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, handle, and package a variety of automotive parts per company and customer specifications Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure product consistency Accurately label and document packaged items Maintain cleanliness and safety of workstations and comply with company safety policies Meet production and efficiency goals in a fast-paced environment Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
Desired Skills:
Attention to detail and commitment to quality Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures Basic understanding of workplace safety in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
