50 Hourly Job&Talent Loudon, TN 37774 A Warehouse Packer is responsible for preparing goods for shipment by picking, packing, labeling, and ensuring accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. They also maintain a clean and organized workspace, inspect products for quality, and operate warehouse equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and Packing:
Retrieving items from inventory based on customer orders and packing them securely for shipment.
Labeling and Documentation:
Ensuring accurate labeling and documentation on all packages.
Quality Control:
Inspecting products for defects or damage before packing.
Inventory Management:
Assisting with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.
Equipment Operation:
Using warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Safety Compliance:
Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines.
Work Area Maintenance:
Maintaining a clean and organized work station.
Communication:
Communicating with other staff and supervisors for efficient workflow.
Other Duties:
Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed.
